DELIVERY in India
  • Marbeloz shipping policy for products delivered in INDIA.
  • Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
  • Most orders are delivered within 5-7 days (exclude Saturday and Sunday). 
  • Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
  • Once the order is shipped, the tracking information is shared with the customer via. tracking link.
  • Stone Essential accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, RuPay), UPI and also provide Net Banking options across major Indian banks.
  • Currently, we are not offering Cash on Delivery.
RETURNS in India
  • We believe in customer satisfaction. So we allow refund for production defect products within 10 working days if reported within 24 hours of delivery. No headaches or hassles.
  • We arrange a pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request.
  • Refund shall be made through the original payment mode within 5-7 business days.
  • Customer needs to wrap the products in the original packing they arrived in.  All returns must be in their original and purchased condition
  • Customers can call us, chat or send an email with our various channels of communication in case of any information required at the information published on the website.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

  • What is your return policy?

    Our products are NOT applicable for return. However, if you receive a defective product, you may write to us along with a video of the defect at praja@marbeloz.com or WhatsApp at +91-9560934446 within 24 hours of receiving the product, and our team will get in touch with you regarding your request.

    Could I get a refund for my order?

    We don’t accept returns or cancellation of orders in most cases. Refund as Marbeloz Credit points will only be initiated in the Marbeloz Wallet if you cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order or placing a return request in case of a defect within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Could I return my order?

    Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns. However, if you receive a defective product at the time of delivery, we accept return requests within 24 hours of receiving the product.     Can I cancel my order?

    We only accept cancellation if the request has been made within 24 hours of placing the order.
