  • How will I get to know that my order is successful?

    Once you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation on your registered e-mail along with the invoice and other delivery details.

    How can I know more about a product I like?

    We provide extensive details about the product materials, making, dimensions, and more important details along with images from every possible angle on our product listing pages to ensure you get a holistic view of the product in the comfort of your home. If however, you are looking for some specific info, you can write to us at praja@marbeloz.com and we’ll be happy to share more details with you!

    Do you have a physical store?

    Our flagship store is currently under development. Please stay tuned for the launch details in the future.

    Can I customize the colour of a product?

    Unfortunately, we currently do not have the option to customize products. In case you want a specific colour of the marble, you can write to us at praja@marbeloz.com and we may consider including it in future collections.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

  • What is your return policy?

    Our products are NOT applicable for return. However, if you receive a defective product, you may write to us along with a video of the defect at praja@marbeloz.com or WhatsApp at +91-9560934446 within 24 hours of receiving the product, and our team will get in touch with you regarding your request.

    Could I get a refund for my order?

    We don’t accept returns or cancellation of orders in most cases. Refund as Marbeloz Credit points will only be initiated in the Marbeloz Wallet if you cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order or placing a return request in case of a defect within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Could I return my order?

    Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns. However, if you receive a defective product at the time of delivery, we accept return requests within 24 hours of receiving the product. To initiate this request, please record a video of the defect and send it to us at praja@marbeloz.com or WhatsApp on +91-9560934446

    Can I cancel my order?

    We only accept cancellation if the request has been made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • How do you make sure that the products reach us safely?

    Each and every product goes through two rounds of manual intense quality check before being packaged and shipped in our multi-layered cardboard box of the highest quality and grade, it is made to withstand all kinds of logistical barriers and transport disturbances.

    Do you ship outside India?

    Currently, we don’t ship outside India.

    What are the delivery charges for shipping within India?

    Delivery charges may vary depending upon the product/location and will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.

    I missed my delivery. What happens now?

    If you’ve missed your delivery, please report within 24 hours of the delivery so that another attempt can be initiated to safely deliver the package to your doorstep at applicable delivery charges.

  • What is your delivery time?

    Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3-5 working days. A a confirmation email is sent once the order is dispatched with the tracking details of the courier. Domestic shipments take 6 -8 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive and 10-15 working days for international shipments.

    What courier services do you use?

    Dehlivery.Com is our official courier partner.

    How do I contact my courier?

  • Do you offer Cash On Delivery (COD)?

    Yes, cash on delivery (COD) is applicable on purchase of INR 2000 (inclusive of taxes) and above

    Yes! All our payment gateways are 100% safe, secure, highly trusted and reliable. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Hence, all Credit/Debit card and bank details are kept confidential and private. Our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your private information.

    Will there be any additional duty or taxes on my shipment?

    All our shipments are currently sent as Delivery Duty Paid. This means that you DO NOT need to pay any duty or taxes at the time of receiving your shipment.However, in case of a return request, you’ll have to pay a small delivery charge of INR 300.

  • Can I trust your payment gateway?

    Absolutely! We use the most authentic and widely accepted third-party payment gateways to ensure complete safety while maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding the privacy of our customer's details.
